• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience
• PL/SQL Development & Data Engineering Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers
• Strong, production level Oracle PLSQL and Actimize AIS knowledge.
• Experience with relational and object databases
• Advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning and strong understanding of Database internals
• Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and version control
• Working knowledge of Python or Shell scripting for automation
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle (orders, executions, etc)
• Exposure to Trade Surveillance, Market Misconduct, Global Markets Compliance
• Exposure to Actimize AIS platform
• Lead design discussions and document design details
• Partner with data engineers, architects, compliance, and business stakeholders
• Drive best practices for database development, code quality, and documentation
• Contribute to strategic initiatives (e.g., platform modernization, surveillance re-write programs)
• Comfortable working in fast paced, regulatory driven environments
• Produces high-quality, well tested, and scalable code

Pay Range*: $68/hr. on W2
