IT Administrative Specialist

• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and quality assurance of master data within our Odoo ERP system.
• Manage and maintain contacts, metering points, price lists, subscriptions, equipment, and other relevant datasets.
• Perform regular data quality checks and identify and correct data inconsistencies.
• Define, document, and continuously optimize processes related to data management.
• Support various digitalization and process optimization projects.

• Initial professional experience in administrative support, master data management, or administration is an advantage.
• Strong affinity for IT systems and digital processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Odoo or SAP, is preferred.
• High level of accuracy, structured working style, and quality awareness.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and an independent, responsible approach to work.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong organizational talent, team spirit, service orientation, and sense of responsibility.
• Fluent German and good English language skills; Slovenian is an advantage.
