Test Engineer

• Develop and execute verification and validation test plans for prototypes, subsystems, and system-level designs.
• Design and build test setups for mechanical, electrical, thermal, vacuum, and integrated system performance evaluations.
• Perform testing on engineering builds and new product developments.
• Analyze experimental data and provide clear recommendations to development teams.
• Investigate system failures, perform root-cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Develop automated test procedures, data acquisition methods, and analysis workflows where appropriate.
• Document test results and communicate findings to technical stakeholders.
• Support reliability, qualification, and technology development programs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Characterize, tune, and validate reactor temperature control systems and associated thermal models.
• Analyze thermal performance data and contribute to the optimization of temperature control strategies to improve process stability, uniformity, and repeatability.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in testing, validation, engineering development, or experimental research activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with measurement systems, instrumentation, and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, engineering requirements, and design documentation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
