Job description

Provide a customer driven professional service as part of 2nd and 3rd line Applications Support within the IT Applications team to ensure all queries are answered and issues and problems resolved quickly and efficiently within defined SLAs

Provide quality support to the business stakeholders of the assigned application services, whilst minimising downtime, maintaining continuous improvements and to report on the performance of any service

Work with the test and development teams, assisting and building applications to support production, non-production and project requirements
-
Involvement in the IT strategy and roadmaps and provide consultation to developers and solution architects
Requirements
- Proven hands-on Angular or Bigcommerce (or similar) website, mobile app support experience
- Proven hands-on API development or support experience
- Proven hands-on Azure ADF, logic app, function app, storage accounts development or support experience
- Proven hands-on Mobile middleware, IIS solution development, or support experience
- Proven hands-on experience in SSIS packages support, DB clustering set up, DB, SSIS upgrades, DB performance tuning.
- Experience in setting up monitoring and alerting using any monitoring tools e.g. spotlight, solarwinds etc.
- Power BI and MS fabric experience - optional
