Job description

You will provide 2nd line technical support, troubleshoot IT and network issues, and support Microsoft, cloud and telephony systems., * Resolve 2nd line support tickets and escalated issues.

Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems.
Support Windows, Active Directory and Group Policy.
Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
Support networks, Wi-Fi, VoIP and Microsoft Teams.
Provide occasional onsite support.
Work with 1st and 3rd line teams to resolve complex issues.
Participate in a rotating out-of-hours support rota.

Requirements

Previous 2nd Line Support experience.
Strong Windows and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and networking.
Azure, Entra ID, Intune and VoIP experience is desirable.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Relevant IT certifications are an advantage.
