The Role As an Ecommerce Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that improve online performance and support business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Translate business challenges into analytical projects and data-driven recommendations
  • Analyse web, customer, and commercial data to identify opportunities and trends
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across ecommerce and wider business teams
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions using BI tools

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience working with BigQuery and SQL
  • Experience analysing ecommerce or digital performance data
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker
  • Understanding of analytical methodologies and data-driven problem solving
  • Awareness of ETL processes and data automation concepts
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences
