Job description

Our Technology Division has been trusted for over a decade to deliver critical digital projects globally. We handle the entire delivery life cycle, from business requirements to development, QA, release, and production support.

Every TXP engagement follows robust solution and project governance, and we offer standardised “as a service” solutions where appropriate.

The Solution Architect will assist with or lead pre-sales, project delivery, and internal Architecture Practice initiatives. Due to the nature of our work, consultative skills are highly valued, as is the ability to converse with the development team about the intricacies that invariably arise during implementation.

Requirements

  • Experience of architecting and technically leading successful customer solutions utilising microservices, API management, and Azure or AWS Integration (API Management, Service Bus, REST API).
  • Extensive knowledge of the Azure platform and the available services on offer, with the ability to identify, evaluate and explain choices of suitable software options for a particular business problem.
  • The ability to converse with the development team on the technicalities of implementation issues
  • Strong understanding of the technical challenges when working with development teams on custom development projects and an appreciation of the SDLC and the role of DevOps and pipelines.
  • Experience with methods and tools to deliver architecture designs and artefacts.
  • Experience in digital transformation and delivering Microsoft-based services.
  • Ability to read developer code (preferably in C# at least) to assist the development team [when necessary] and ensure architectural solution principles are being adhered to.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including senior (CxO level) management.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and leadership.
  • Proven experience in achieving delivery and customer satisfaction targets.
