Data Support Executive

A delightful children’s charity is looking for a keen rising star to support the Raiser’s Edge NXT work for the organisation. You’ll work very closely and be fully supported by the Head of Supporter Relations and the Fundraising Team. Training and ongoing development is provided.

To develop and oversee processes to improve the efficiency and quality of data entry, in line with best practice and user requirements.

To develop and deliver an effective training programme and provide supervision in the use of the Fundraising database, to all key staff across the organisation.

Provide accurate and timely reporting, providing information and statistics to help the Fundraising and Marketing team develop a strategy for growth.

Proven experience of working with a database to accurately record information as well as producing reports and analysis

Proficient organiser who is able to re-prioritise a changing workload

Excellent IT skills, including a comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs especially Word and Excel.

Able to work under pressure, solution focused, meet tight deadlines and provide pragmatic problem-solving solutions

Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Ability to relate technical information to a non-technical audience.

Desirable

Knowledge of using Power BI to produce reports

Proven ability to understand and analyse data in order to report effectively in performance.

Experience of working with Raisers Edge NXT

Highly numerate with ability to interpret numerical and statistical information.
