Job description

Manage all fundraising data imports, including those from third party suppliers with a high degree of accuracy, including their reconciliation from their source.

Work closely with the Fundraising team to support their activity, for example setting up new internal processes from new events or via different mechanisms, mapping data flows, and working with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure all new data processing activities are robust.

Be responsible for the maintenance & integrity of Fundraising data on Salesforce through regular housekeeping & data cleaning procedures.

Provide accurate data selections using Salesforce in accordance with the wider Fundraising teams’ requirements, whilst maintaining compliance and within agreed deadlines.

Develop & improve data quality & efficiency, whilst adhering to best practice.

Create accurate exports to help data analysis across the Fundraising team.

Requirements

Are you experienced with Salesforce? Can you work with a newly formed Fundraising Operations Team to help implement and develop the new Salesforce database? Do you want to join a fast growing charity, helping people experiencing cost of living difficulties and tackling food waste?

You’ll need a great attitude for working with others as well as strong Salesforce experience. One of the first tasks for this new role would be to support migrating the Fundraising team’s existing processes from spreadsheets to Salesforce. You’ll also create robust procedures for importing, data integrity and compliance across Fundraising., * Experience of using Salesforce to process & manage a wide range of data, including importing.

  • Experience of collecting, collating & database support for a fundraising team
  • Experience of creating automated reports
  • Good numeracy skills with excellent analytical skills to interrogate data
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
  • Good knowledge of GDPR regulations
  • Desirable: Power BI or dashboard creation
