Job description
- Provide onsite Second Line IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, systems, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Support and monitor network infrastructure including VPNs, LANs, DNS, and firewalls
- Assist with Microsoft 365, Intune, and cloud-based technologies
- Record, manage, and resolve incidents through the service desk system
- Carry out software deployments, upgrades, and system updates
- Perform routine maintenance, backup, and housekeeping activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver technical projects and service improvements
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with staff

Requirements
- Level 4 IT qualification or equivalent industry-recognised qualification
- Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Intune
- Minimum of two years experience in a Second Line IT support or field-based support role
- Strong experience supporting Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Windows operating systems, Android devices, and iOS devices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Hardware installation, configuration, and diagnostics experience
- Knowledge of networking technologies including VPNs, LANs, DNS, and firewalls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Methodical and organised approach to work
- Full UK driving licence with no more than three penalty points
- Access to your own vehicle for business travel
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to commute to sites within approximately one hour of Woking
