Python, We are a global consultancy actively seeking a Python Developer to join our team for an exciting, long-term project in the financial services sector. This role is based in Sheffield with a hybrid working model, offering an in-scope day-rate that is dependent on relevant experience. The initial contract is for 9 months with potential extensions, providing an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a regulated environment.

Requirements

Strong Python Development experience, ideally within financial services or a highly regulated environment.
Good experience with FastAPI.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
Strong experience building and integrating APIs for database management and automated workflows.
Good Docker and Kubernetes experience.
MUST BE able to commute into the Sheffield office 2-3 times per week.
