Computer Technician/Customer Service

We are seeking a team member with technical experience to join us at the largest Virtual Reality World in California! You will experience Free Roam Virtual Reality using 5k Technology. We are looking for Game Masters/Customer Service Reps, * 70% Customer Service / 30% Tech position

• Provide High Level Customer Service; This job requires you to interact in person with customers 100%
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Respond to user inquiries and provide assistance with IT-related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates and backups.

Do you have experience in Operating systems?, * Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles.

• MUST have tech experience or IT education
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Guest Service Focused: Delivering an exceptional experience to all our guests is the most important thing we can do in our company. You’ll need to communicate and present clearly and warmly, and mostly importantly demonstrate extreme empathy to the needs of our guests and our team alike. You’ll be expected to maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate integrity, honesty, and knowledge to provide a white glove experience for our guest.

$18 - $20 an hour - Full-time
