- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of calibration and diagnostics engineers.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Develop technical growth plans and succession strategies for the organization.
Technical Leadership
- Define the technical vision and roadmap for calibration and diagnostics software.
- Guide architecture decisions for calibration algorithms, software frameworks, and analysis infrastructure.
- Review critical technical designs and provide guidance on complex technical challenges.
- Ensure engineering best practices are consistently applied across projects.
Business & Program Execution
- Establish priorities and allocate resources to meet product and business objectives.
- Partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Hardware, FPGA, and Systems teams to deliver successful product releases.
- Support manufacturing scalability and improve calibration efficiency and test throughput.
- Lead resolution of critical customer and manufacturing escalations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and reliability.
- Communicate project status, technical risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.

- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
- Strong C++ software development background.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of calibration methodologies, instrumentation, and measurement systems.
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills., * Semiconductor ATE industry experience.
- Experience leading calibration, diagnostics, or instrumentation engineering organizations.
- Knowledge of high-speed digital systems, signal integrity, and precision measurement techniques.
- Experience supporting global engineering and manufacturing teams.
- Experience presenting technical and business updates to executive leadership.
Benefits & conditions
The base salary range for this role is $165,700 - 291,700. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
