Join our team as a Graphic User Interface Designer specializing in UX and Ergonomics. This hybrid position located in Milwaukee, WI, involves leading UX strategy, conducting user research, and designing end-to-end user experiences. The role requires expertise in various design tools and methodologies to support enterprise technology solutions., * Lead UX strategy and user research initiatives.

  • Conduct design thinking workshops and create intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and development teams.
  • Drive user adoption and enhance business value through design.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • 7 years of UI/UX experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in user research, journey mapping, and usability testing.
  • Strong experience with modern design tools.
  • Experience in supporting digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
