- Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams on a release train
- Lead and coordinate agile ceremonies and other routines to support the team’s delivery
- Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple scrum teams and with partner systems
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to support deliverable completion and timelines
- Provide status updates to leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
- Work with product owners, development and test leads to coordinate release delivery
- Support resource planning for delivery and execution
- Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards and compliance in agile tools
- Demonstrate leadership as a self-starter with a focus on execution and commitment to dates
- Manage risk and demonstrate ownership and accountability
Requirements
This role involves serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams within a technology release train. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies across teams, facilitate communication, and ensure adherence to enterprise change management standards. A strong technical acumen and the ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position., * Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a technical service delivery role supporting programs/projects
- Proficient in Lean and/or SAFe agile methodologies
- Proficiency in using Jira for agile project delivery
- Strong Scrum Master and Project Management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results
- Knowledge of software development and testing
- Ability to comply with enterprise standards for change management
- Ability to provide project status on deliverables and escalate issues to senior leaders
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired skills:
- Knowledge of enterprise change management standards
- Knowledge of AML and CDD processes and functions
- Proficient in enterprise tools for release and change management
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Industry Certifications in PMP or SAFe
