Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong nCino platform expertise for a remote engagement with L&T., * Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions with focus on nCino banking/lending platform

  • Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
  • Configure and customize nCino modules (loan origination, workflows, entities)
  • Integrate Salesforce/nCino with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead code reviews, unit testing, and support UAT/deployment activities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
  • Mentor junior developers and guide technical design decisions

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Hands-on experience with nCino (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce architecture
  • Experience in Financial Services/Banking domain preferred
  • Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Platform App Builder) a plus
  • Prior experience in solutioning/architecture discussions preferred
  • Good communication skills for remote collaboration
