GIS Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Associate Program Manager to lead and support enterprise Data Governance, GIS Governance, Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Data Lifecycle Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise data programs, improving data quality, establishing governance frameworks, and supporting geospatial data environments., * Support and drive enterprise data governance and data stewardship initiatives.

• Lead master data management and data lifecycle management activities.
• Develop and implement data quality remediation and enhancement strategies.
• Manage metadata, data dictionaries, data classification, and documentation standards.
• Establish scalable data governance processes, policies, and best practices.
• Support GIS governance and enterprise geospatial data initiatives.
• Work with ArcGIS and related GIS platforms to support geospatial data management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and governance working groups.
• Develop training materials, guidance, and governance communications.
• Communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 8+ years of experience in Data Governance.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Lifecycle Management.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Quality Remediation and Enhancement.
• Strong experience with enterprise data management programs.
• Experience with metadata management, data documentation, and data stewardship.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills., * 5+ years of experience with the ArcGIS platform.
• 5+ years of experience with Safe Software FME.
• Experience with GIS governance and geospatial data management.
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM).
