  • Client-Support durch Störungsmeldungsannahme und detaillierte Fehleranalyse (Incident & Problem Management)

Einrichtung, Installation, Wartung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsplatztechnologie (Hard- und Software) Monitoring der Systeme und Komponenten für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen, z.B. bei Mitarbeiterwechseln und Beschaffung von Ausstattung (Service Request Management) Verwaltung von Nutzerkonten und Zugriffsberechtigungen auf Clientebene

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Helpdesk-Systemen Begeisterung für komplexe technische Aufgaben Kenntnisse in Windows Serversystemen und Active Directory von Vorteil Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Teamgeist und starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten
