Job description

  • First- und Second-Level-Support für alle IT-anwendungsrelevanten Fragen
  • Bearbeitung, Priorisierung und Dokumentation von Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen im Ticketsystem
  • Einrichten von Arbeitsplätzen und IT-seitige Onboarding der neuen Mitarbeitern
  • Kommunikation und Koordination mit Third-Level-Support
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Serviceprozessen
  • Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich der Informatik
  • Erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil aber nicht erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Systemen und Applikationen
  • Erfahrung mit Ticketing-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien, Active Directory und Exchange
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, systematische Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Teamfähigkeit
