Job description

  • Systemdiagnose sowie Betreuung von Hard- und Software
  • Administration der Dokumentenmanagementsysteme
  • Lösung von Problemen im Second Level Support
  • Erstellung und Koordinierung anforderungsgerechter Systemdokumentationen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Anwendern und Dienstleister

Requirements

  • Erfahrungen in der Administration von ERP, DMS oder WMS Systemen
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bereich betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse und Abläufe
  • Erfahrung im Einsatz sowie der Auswahl von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
  • Prozess-Knowhow im Bereich Logistik / Warehousing
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
