Director, IT Product Management End-to-End SAP Supply Chain Planning

Director, IT Product Management End-to-End SAP Supply Chain Planning owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for Client global End-to-End Supply Chain Planning product. The role covers Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Materials Planning across a technology landscape including SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and Microsoft Azure.

This role serves as a strategic Product Owner and solution leader, partnering with business, technology, data, and System Integrator teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and AI-enabled planning capabilities across Client global supply chain., * Own the E2E Supply Chain Planning product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics.

• Lead planning capabilities across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Materials Planning.
• Define priorities and make product, investment, and solution decisions based on business value and outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end architecture and integration strategy across SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Azure, Order Management, and related systems.
• Drive global deployment and the evolution toward a single global E2E Planning product.
• Partner with business leaders, planning SMEs, engineering, data, and design teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage System Integrators and technology partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Leverage AI, ML, analytics, and autonomous planning capabilities to improve planning and decision-making.
• Establish strong SAP/IBP master data governance and enablement.
• Use data, user insights, and experimentation to continuously improve product performance.
• Mentor Product Managers and influence stakeholders across business and IT leadership.

• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Product Management, IT, or solution delivery.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA planning, including Demand, Supply, Inventory, Production, and MRP.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes and SAP/IBP master data.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, data lakes, data pipelines, analytics, and AI/ML.
• Proven experience designing end-to-end integrated solutions across multiple enterprise platforms.
• Experience integrating planning solutions with Order Management and other upstream/downstream systems.
• Experience managing System Integrators, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Strong Product Operating Model, Agile, product discovery, and outcome-based prioritization experience.
• Proven success delivering global supply chain solutions in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
• Experience with AI-enabled, predictive, recommendation, or autonomous planning solutions is preferred.
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
