looking for a hands-on Test Engineer with 2-7 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering., * Advantest 93K ATE - SmarTest 7/8 (SMT8) - Required

  • Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal testing
  • ATE & Bench characterization
  • First Silicon Bring-up & Debug
  • JTAG / SCAN / ATPG / Functional / MBIST
  • PVT Characterization
  • ADC, DAC, PLL & Analog/Mixed-Signal IP
  • Test Program Development & Production Release
  • Yield Improvement & Test Time Reduction
  • Bench Instrumentation
  • Strong Analog & Digital Electronics knowledge Education: EE / ECE or related degree Collaborate with Design, Product, Quality & Foundry Engineering teams from first silicon to volume production
