ERP Integration Specialist

• Develop and refine a comprehensive project roadmap for the Kronos implementation, covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Advise stakeholders on realistic timelines, resource needs, and sequencing to help ensure the implementation plan is thorough and achievable.
• Lead planning sessions that address all critical workstreams, including configuration, integration touchpoints, validation, and user readiness.
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities to confirm system functionality, data accuracy, and process alignment before deployment.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Kronos Timekeeping System best practices to support effective implementation decisions.
• Identify gaps in project planning and recommend adjustments to improve execution quality and reduce delivery risk.
• Partner with internal teams and project stakeholders to align priorities, clarify requirements, and support implementation progress.

• Monitor implementation activities and communicate status, challenges, and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements - Proven experience leading or supporting Kronos system implementations in a detail-focused environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Kronos and the Kronos Timekeeping System.
• Demonstrated ability to build detailed project plans that account for testing, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Experience assessing implementation timelines and providing expert guidance on project duration and sequencing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and translate operational needs into actionable plans.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to completeness and execution quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a project-driven setting.
