  • Act as the highest escalation point for thermal, liquid or power-related outages.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for leaks, pressure drops, or thermal excursions, implementing global remediations.

  • Serve as the global lead for supporting Lenovo’s solution for Liquid-to-Liquid and Liquid-to-Air cooling systems, overseeing Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs), secondary fluid loops, and manifold integrations.
  • Develop and standardize global Maintenance Window (MW) procedures for “hot-swapping” liquid-cooled components in production AI environments.
  • Review, Statement of Work (SoW), projects size and scope.
  • Take ownership of the most critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders
  • Provide accurate and regular reports on the performance of service delivery
  • Define the best operating model along with KPIs ensuring the best customer experience utilizing different teams within Lenovo.

Requirements

  • 5+ years internal or external experience in applicable field of expertise, ideally in the information technology, high-performance computing and support services industry.
  • Experience managing a technical support team.
