Job description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Create and maintain SQL queries, datasets, and data models supporting reporting needs.
- Deliver executive and operational reporting solutions within established timelines.
- Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and performance optimization for reporting environments.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
Seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with a strong foundation in data analytics and reporting development. This role requires advanced T-SQL expertise combined with hands-on Power BI development experience to design, build, and support complex analytical and operational reporting solutions for business stakeholders.

- T-SQL (Core Technical Skill)
- Strong hands-on T-SQL development experience supporting reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Ability to develop, optimize, and modify complex SQL queries that power reporting datasets.
- Experience working directly with complex relational database structures.
- Knowledge of query optimization and performance tuning best practices.
- Power BI Development
- Proven experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of dataset creation, transformation, and optimization.
- Ability to work beyond report visualization and manage underlying data structures and logic.
- Experience improving report performance, usability, and scalability.
- Data Modeling & Analytics
- Experience working with complex business rules and data relationships.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data transformation, and reporting methodologies.
- Comfortable analyzing large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
Core Technical Requirements
- Advanced T-SQL development skills.
- Strong Power BI development experience, including report and dashboard creation.
- Experience with DAX and data model optimization.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and reporting architecture.
- Ability to troubleshoot and enhance existing reporting solutions., * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to handle ambiguous requirements and convert them into actionable solutions.
- Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
