CCM Solution Architect/SME

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream SME to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Exstream and a solid understanding of document generation, templates, and variable data printing., CCM Solution Architect/SME

• As a consultant make best practice recommendations for technical and functional changes/upgrade/migration with respect to OT Exstream
• Design and develop Exstream templates for high volume customer communications
• Implement enhancements and support production documents
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues in production environments

• 6+ years of hands on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher preferred)
• Ability to setup OT Exstream deployment as a Cloud Native version
• Good Understanding of Containerization concepts ‿ Dockers, Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping
• Experience with batch and interactive processing
• Familiarity with integration into enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ECM)
