AI Solution Architect

9 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Solution Architecture experience. * Strong Telecom / OSS-BSS domain experience. * Experience with Pre-sales, Product Catalog, Fulfillment, Order Processing, and Billing solutions. * Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs). * Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Vector Databases. * Understanding of Agentic AI architectures, including: + Multi-agent orchestration + Tool/function usage + Memory retention + Reasoning loops * Experience designing end-to-end solution architectures and assessing existing system architectures. * Ability to create technical architecture documentation, visual blueprints, and solution diagrams. * Strong stakeholder management and experience collaborating with US and India teams. * Willingness to work onsite and travel as required.
