Job description
Our client seeks a ServiceNow technical leader to develop, administer, and ensure quality across the enterprise ServiceNow platform. The role translates complex regulatory and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions and maintains platform integrity through testing and continuous improvement., * Partner with Product Management and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure clarity before development.
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications for applications and components.
- Guide design with maintainability, scalability, and upgrade compatibility in mind.
- Build and deploy AI features for existing processes and new tools.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow using best practices with minimal complexity.
- Create and modify tables, fields, business rules, UI policies, workflows, and related elements.
- Design authentication, roles, and permissions integrated with IAM via automated LDAP sync.
- Build integrations using existing iHub spokes or custom REST APIs.
- Design and maintain reports, workspaces, dashboards, portals, and visualizations.
- Provide actionable insights into platform performance and usage.
- Conduct comprehensive testing including peer reviews and regression testing.
- Develop and troubleshoot Automated Test Frameworks to maintain reliability.
- Participate in testing platform upgrades and patches to ensure continuity.
- Execute updates such as password rotations, AMI/midserver upgrades, and maintenance.
- Manage change activities in JIRA, including risk evaluation and approvals.
- Orchestrate migrations between instances using update sets or application repository.
- Create and maintain system documentation and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide training to end users and stakeholders.
- Investigate and resolve incidents through systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis, coordinating with ServiceNow support when needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements and optimizations.
- Adapt to changing priorities in an evolving environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of IT or software experience.
- 4+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow development.
- Proven experience with IRM or GRC ServiceNow applications.
- Successful end-to-end delivery of at least two large-scale projects.
- Experience with iterative and agile SDLC practices.
- Hands-on ServiceNow integrations with other applications or platforms.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and understanding of REST API concepts and integration patterns.
- Willingness to learn other SaaS products and expand technical expertise.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
- Preferred: ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications.
- Preferred: Hands-on API development experience.
- Preferred: Experience with AI-powered features in enterprise applications.
- Preferred: Experience with SaaS products such as NAVEX, Regology, Icertis, or iManage.
- Preferred: Experience with Agile tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Rate: $70.00 to $75.00/hr. w2, Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
