• Lead all phases of complex IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closeout.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead planning efforts and coordinate work across internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and other project managers.
• Facilitate project planning and work breakdown structure (WBS) sessions.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues appropriately.
• Provide clear project communication to technical teams, business stakeholders, leadership, and governance committees.
• Represent the PMO in project governance and steering committee meetings.
• Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and requirements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, processes, standards, and governance practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and help implement enhancements to project management practices.
• Mentor and provide guidance to project team members as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow knowledge to lead a large, complex enterprise IT initiative. This project is in its early planning stage and will involve the consolidation of two existing ServiceNow instances into a single environment.

The ideal candidate has directly managed projects involving ServiceNow implementations, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, or other major ServiceNow initiatives. Candidates with significant hands-on or power-user knowledge of ServiceNow may also be considered if they bring strong IT project delivery experience. Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices is highly desirable., * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.

• 6+ years of project management experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow, ideally managing ServiceNow-related projects.
• Demonstrated experience deploying enterprise IT solutions.
• Experience independently managing large, complex projects exceeding 5,000 hours and involving multiple project managers.
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
• Strong experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and issues.
• Ability to work directly with senior stakeholders and participate in governance/steering committee meetings.
• Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, relationship-management, and mentoring skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and PWA.
• Ability to proactively identify and drive process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing ServiceNow implementations, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, or similar initiatives.
• ServiceNow power-user experience or strong functional understanding of the platform.
• Knowledge of ITIL and/or IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
• Project management experience within a healthcare environment.
• Education in a related field.
