IT Support Technician

Seeking a Level 2 Onsite Support Technician based in the Norwalk, CT area who can travel to nearby client locations as needed, including Trumbull, Stamford, and Danbury. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, customer-focused, and solutions-driven technician who feels comfortable supporting users in person across all levels of the organization.

You will own the day-to-day onsite support experience while maintaining strong alignment with the Service Delivery Manager. This role requires someone who is proactive, personable, and highly effective at troubleshooting.
