Job description
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician with strong technical troubleshooting abilities and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, solving technology issues, and providing high-quality support to employees across the organization. This role requires hands-on support of desktops, laptops, software, printers, and other end-user technologies while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop support for hardware, software, and technology-related issues
- Troubleshoot Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and end-user requests
- Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and related equipment
- Respond to and resolve service tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with user account, password, and access-related issues
- Support mobile devices and basic network connectivity troubleshooting
- Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities
- Escalate advanced issues when necessary

Requirements
- Previous experience in Desktop Support, Help Desk, Technical Support, or IT Support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing and corporate environment, * Experience supporting enterprise environments
- Familiarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems
- Experience with hardware deployments, imaging, and workstation setup
- CompTIA A+ or related IT certifications
