Transition Manager

Job Summary: We are supporting a leading procurement-focused transformation initiative that is shaping how employees across the business adopt new processes and ways of working. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled professional who can build readiness, training, and communications plans that help large user groups prepare for change and move confidently toward go-live., * Build and execute transition and readiness plans, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and adoption measures.

• Identify affected user groups, define what changes for each audience, and prepare them ahead of go-live.
• Develop training content, job aids, enablement materials, executive-ready presentations, and weekly communications.
• Track readiness, coordinate testing-cycle participation, escalate risks early, and support go-live readiness across required geo releases.

• Minimum 10 years of transition management, change management, or organizational readiness experience on enterprise programs.
• Proven experience preparing large user populations for system or process change, including global or multi-region rollouts.
• Strong communication, writing, editing, and audience-specific messaging skills, along with excellent PowerPoint skills and a design background.
• Experience building training content and enablement programs from scratch, and ability to work independently with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or ADKAR is recommended, and experience with SAP programs is a plus.
