Requirements

9+ Years of experience mandatory.

RedHat Linux - production support experience
Apache tomcat
Bash scripting
Experience in Splunk, NewRelic and other monitoring tools are desired.
BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field; MS preferred
5+ years related experience
Application Performance Monitoring tools setup and configuration, specifically with AppDynamics, New Relic, and Splunk
Troubleshooting complex production issues at scale and under tight timelines
Performance profiling and tuning of App/Web tier
Strong Linux experience with scripting
System Admin experience
Experience with Apache, Tomcat, Java; Python or Perl a plus
Understanding of Cloud hosting principles is a must, experience with AWS Operations is a plus
Strong business acumen in addition to technical expertise, to drive for operational excellence in support of business priorities
