Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Senior z/OS Communications Server Systems Programmer to support IBM z/OS environments. The successful candidate will have deep hands-on experience with z/OS Communications Server, TCP/IP networking, VTAM, and associated communications technologies.
This is a senior technical role requiring the ability to independently analyze complex communications issues, perform system-level configuration and maintenance, troubleshoot production problems, and work effectively with other mainframe infrastructure and application teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level systems programming support for z/OS Communications Server.

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot z/OS Communications Server components.
- Strong expertise with TCP/IP and VTAM in an enterprise z/OS environment.

Demonstrated experience with:
- TCP/IP stack configuration and troubleshooting
- VTAM
- TN3270/TN3270E
- FTP/SFTP
- SMTP
- AT-TLS
- IPSec
- Enterprise Extender
- OSA-Express
Strong knowledge of z/OS networking architecture and communications protocols.
Knowledge of CL/Supersession and/or Data21 Intersession
