Job description

Perform manual testing of data modeling, metadata, and related workflows.
Create test plans, test cases, execute testing, and manage defects.
Review data modeling processes, tools, standards, and governance.
Develop a phased test automation strategy and roadmap.
Partner with Data Engineers, Data Modelers, Governance, and Platform teams.
Validate data models, DDL generation, metadata, versioning, and security.

Requirements

7+ years QA/Data Testing experience
Data Modeling & Logical Data Modeling
Manual & Automation Testing
Java or Python, SQL
Advanced Excel
AI/ML knowledge
Cucumber is a plus
Mortgage industry experience preferred, * 7+ years of QA, Data Testing, Data Modeling, or Data Engineering experience.
Strong understanding of logical/physical data modeling.
Manual & automation testing experience.
Strong SQL and Python/Java skills.
Experience with test automation, CI/CD, and data quality validation.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical/communication skills.
Experience with Agile, SIT, UAT, and System Testing.
