Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Design and execute functional and automated test cases based on business requirements and application specifications.
2. Perform batch processing and interface testing to validate data accuracy, system integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
3. Identify, document, track, and retest defects while collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
4. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

Experience in functional testing, test automation, batch processing validation, interface testing, and Agile/Scrum software delivery.

Business / Domain Skills

1. Experience supporting functional and automated testing initiatives across enterprise applications, validating business requirements, application workflows, batch processing, and system interfaces.
2. Experience validating business rules, application workflows, interfaces, data, batch processes, and end-to-end transactions through functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing.
3. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating with business analysts, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements, identify defects, and support iterative delivery.
4. Experience analyzing test results, troubleshooting application issues, validating interface and batch outcomes, and improving software quality through structured test execution and continuous regression testing.

Communication

Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements., 1. Hands-on experience in functional and automated software testing.
