Job description

  • Take the lead on our existing Playwright-based automation framework, driving its continued evolution and scale across UI, API, integration, and end-to-end coverage.
  • Extend and refine the framework's architecture improving patterns, structure, and maintainability as coverage grows.
  • Deepen automated testing integration into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
  • Partner with Development and Product teams to identify quality risks early.
  • Create effective test strategies, test data, and automated regression coverage.
  • Perform API and database testing, including stored procedures and data validation.
  • Investigate complex failures, identify root causes, and drive defects to resolution.
  • Improve automation reliability, execution speed, and coverage at scale.
  • Mentor QA engineers and promote automation and quality engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of QA/testing experience with significant automation experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright; Selenium experience is a plus.
  • Strong C# skills and experience with .NET applications/APIs.
  • Experience with API testing/automation, including Postman or similar tools.
  • Strong database testing experience, including test data and stored procedures.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD.
  • Experience scaling, refactoring, or significantly improving an existing automation framework
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for engineering quality into the product - not just finding bugs.
