Dashboard Development:

1. Build and enhance Tableau dashboards based on ad hoc requests or evolving business needs
2. Create dashboards from new data sources or improve existing ones (e.g., adding filters, updating visuals)
3. Ensure dashboards are scalable and require minimal maintenance
4. Workflow & Collaboration:
5. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) across different areas
6. Participate in shared Teams chat for ticketing, escalation, and self-assignment
7. Collaborate with the BI Manager to prioritize backlog items in Azure DevOps based on impact and feasibility
8. Support enterprise tools like ServiceNow (subject to change)
9. Data Integration & Maintenance:
10. Assist with remapping pipelines due to mergers or changes in semantic environments
11. Help scale manual processes, especially in Finance
12. Contribute to cleanup efforts in high-demand areas like Credit Cards

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
