Patrol Incident Management

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel grounds, guest areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Monitor access points and support access-control procedures for guests, employees, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
