• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Review code and technical documentation to maintain standards and optimize performance.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Java development and related technologies.
• Support project planning, prioritization, and delivery to meet organizational goals.

• Extensive experience in Java application development, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, best practices, and version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience mentoring development teams.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
