App Dev- Java Lead {McLean, VA or Richmond, VA}

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solutions
• Ensure code quality through best practices, reviews, and testing strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
