Job description

Are you an ambitious Amazon professional looking to move in-house and take ownership of marketplace growth for household-name brands?

We are partnering with a highly established, global health and beauty brand to hire an eCommerce Specialist. With a strong presence across Amazon and ambitious plans for further expansion, they are seeking an Amazon expert to take ownership of account performance and drive commercial growth.

The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on Amazon experience who wants to combine commercial strategy with day-to-day marketplace execution.

A major selling point of this role is the international scope and true autonomy. You will take full operational and commercial ownership of the UK and global markets, working directly with the EMEA eCommerce Lead.

This is a rare chance to step away from juggling dozens of agency clients and instead focus deeply on scaling a dedicated portfolio of industry-leading products within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and optimizing Amazon Vendor Central operations (alongside Seller Central) to ensure digital shelf excellence
  • Driving revenue growth through marketplace optimization and commercial strategy
  • Monitoring account performance and identifying daily opportunities for improvement
  • Optimizing product listings, content, catalog performance, and variations
  • Supporting Amazon advertising activity (AVS, SAS) alongside internal teams and external agencies
  • Monitoring account health, inventory performance, and operational metrics
  • Analyzing marketplace data to provide actionable recommendations
  • Coordinating new product launches and assortment management across your designated regions

Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably managing Amazon accounts
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and PC proficiency (PowerBI is a plus!)
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A self-starter who is comfortable working collaboratively within a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Previous experience in the FMCG, health, or beauty sectors
  • Experience operating across international marketplaces

Benefits & conditions

  • Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £65,000
  • Location: Greater London (2dpw in office)
  • In-House Move: Opportunity to join a well-established, globally recognized consumer brand
  • Significant Ownership: Autonomy to drive the strategy for the UK and global markets
  • Collaborative Culture: A supportive working environment with cross-functional international teams
  • Progression: Clear opportunities for professional development as the business continues to invest heavily in its Amazon channels
