Job description
- Define enterprise AI target architectures and transition roadmaps.
- Develop scalable AI and agentic architecture patterns covering orchestration, integration, security, observability and lifecycle management.
- Working with AI Governance, evolve the Agent taxonomy and tiering based on purpose, autonomy, impact, data sensitivity, reach and criticality. Including patterns for single-agent, multi-agent, master-agent and specialist-agent approaches.
- Establish AI platform strategies, standards, guardrails and reusable design frameworks.
- Assess and prioritise AI opportunities across multiple business functions, creating a long-term AI roadmap aligned to organisational objectives.
- Create AI design principles, reference architectures and governance frameworks to ensure secure, responsible and scalable adoption.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across architecture, technology, data, security, risk and business teams.
- Enable internal teams through workshops, design reviews, coaching and reusable best practice assets.
- Drive adoption of AI governance, technical assurance and operational standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience defining and implementing enterprise AI strategies and architecture roadmaps.
- Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, AI platforms, large language models, orchestration frameworks and AI governance.
- Experience designing scalable AI solutions incorporating data, integration, APIs, security and cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and digital transformation programmes.
- Experience establishing AI standards, operating models, assurance processes and governance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience working across complex enterprise environments with multiple business units and priorities
Ideal Background
- Enterprise Architect, AI Architect, Principal Architect or Digital Transformation Architect.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, AI agent frameworks and modern enterprise AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, data governance, privacy and security requirements.
