The mission of North Carolina Emergency Management is to enhance North Carolina’s resiliency through active collaboration, communication, and coordination of protection, prevention, mitigation, response and recovery measures. About the Section: The primary mission of NC Emergency Management’s Administration Section is to provide effective and efficient support functions for the Division. These functions include Grant Administration, Accounts Payable, Budget, Human Resources, Information Technology, Application Development, Geographic Information Systems, and other support functions. About the Position: This position assists the Application Development Team with support of several Salesforce based grants management systems. It will focus on supporting end users with Salesforce technical support, including supporting grant distribution, compliance tracking, and creating reports. During disasters and state emergencies when supplemental staffing is needed in the State Emergency Operations Center, this position will assist the Incident Management Team with other application support tasks. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Please note the Recruitment Range: $56,772.00 - $65,000.00 This posting will close on 9/7/2026 at 11:59pm This position will be 100% in-person for at least the first 90 days. After that, it may be eligible to work virtually up to one day a week. • Provide outstanding customer service and technical support to end users
