Job description
- Lead HR technology initiatives and serve as the connection point between HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technology solutions, priorities, and actionable roadmaps.
- Oversee Workday strategy, enhancements, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Evaluate Workday and other HR technologies to determine the best solution for business needs.
- Coordinate projects, resources, vendors, risks, and dependencies across the HR technology portfolio.
- Guide HR technology architecture, data, integrations, security, and long-term scalability.
- Mentor HRIT resources and help drive a more strategic, proactive technology operating model.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.
- 8+ years in HR Technology, Enterprise Applications, or related technology functions.
- 5+ years of Workday Advanced Compensation experience.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, integrations, reporting, security, data, and architecture.
- Ability to assess business needs and determine the best technology solution across the HR ecosystem.
- Experience leading HR technology projects and partnering across HR, IT, Data, Security, and Architecture teams.
- Strong technical and business communication skills with senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership, prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Nice-to-have skills that would make a candidate more competitive but are not required.
- Experience in large, complex organizations and enterprise HR technology environments.
- Strong Workday implementation, optimization, and post-production experience.
- Background in Workday architecture or HR technology leadership.
- Experience leading HRIT teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- Broad Workday HCM and HR technology platform knowledge.
- Strong understanding of integrations, HR data, roadmaps, and operating models.
- Experience partnering with senior HR and Technology leaders.
- Workday certification is a plus.

Benefits & conditions
Compensation Range: $90-$100/hour during the contract period, with a conversion salary range of $150,000-$170,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
