Job description

Deploy directly into customer environments - understand their business, their constraints, their data, and their pain points better than anyone at Mural
Build custom integrations, workflows, and features on top of Mural’s platform and APIs to solve real customer problems, often on aggressive timelines
Work across the full stack with our modern toolchain - TypeScript + React, NestJS + Postgres + Prisma, AWS (SQS/SNS/Lambda), Vercel, Docker
Identify patterns across customer implementations and collaborate with core engineering to generalize bespoke work into first-class product features
Rapidly prototype against live customer workflows - accepting that some work is throwaway and making sure the work that isn’t gets productized properly - while debugging production issues in real time, often with customers watching
Design for correctness and audit-ability - you’re touching money movement infrastructure, and edge cases have real consequences
Communicate crisply with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - customer operators, engineers, founders, and finance leaders
Work directly with our CTO and engineering leadership to set a high quality bar and define what “forward deployed” looks like at Mural
