Job description

Client is seeking an experienced Power BI Specialist to provide temporary support during a team member s leave. The contractor will maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports and dashboards, support data analysis and reporting needs, and troubleshoot issues as they arise., * Maintain and update Power BI reports and dashboards

  • Develop new reports and visualizations as needed
  • Gather and translate business reporting requirements
  • Connect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
  • Troubleshoot reporting, refresh, and data-quality issues
  • Document reports, processes, and data sources
  • Collaborate remotely with technology and business teams

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query
  • Experience with data modeling, dashboard development, and report optimization
  • Working knowledge of SQL and data integrations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Higher education experience is helpful but not required
