Technical Lead

Summary: The OnBase Technical Lead serves as the principal technical authority for OnBase applications, with a particular emphasis on deep and demonstrated expertise in both OnBase WorkView and Workflow. This role is responsible for leading the development group, actively designing and coding enhancements to existing applications. The Technical Lead must possess advanced proficiency in configuring and optimizing OnBase WorkView solutions and Workflow processes to meet complex business needs. In addition to technical mastery, the position requires guiding the team through all phases of application development-from requirements analysis and design to implementation and testing-ensuring that all changes are robust, scalable, and aligned with enterprise objectives. The Technical Lead acts as a functional architect, providing strategic direction, reviewing designs, recommending improvements, and offering hands-on leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study

Requirements: OnBase WorkView & Workflow certification preferred Experience developing and enhancing existing OnBase applications Expert knowledge of OnBase WorkView and Workflow functionality Expert knowledge of OnBase systems configuration and administration Understanding of Unity Client and how it is used for OnBase applications
