Job description

Lead the OnBase development team and provide technical direction
Design, develop, configure, and enhance existing OnBase applications
Architect and optimize WorkView applications and Workflow processes
Configure and administer OnBase systems
Develop workflow, interface, and process strategies
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Lead requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation
Perform coding, unit testing, debugging, and technical reviews
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams
Identify and resolve technical issues, risks, and action items
Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and OnBase training

Requirements

OnBase application development & enhancements OnBase configuration & administration Unity Client knowledge Technical leadership / functional architecture Production troubleshooting & support Application design, coding & testing

Preferred: OnBase WorkView & Workflow certification 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
