Job description
- Lead and guide the OnBase development team.
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance OnBase WorkView and Workflow applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical architecture and design guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Participate in development, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Review designs and recommend improvements.
- Work with business stakeholders and development teams.
- Provide training and technical guidance to staff.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with OnBase WorkView and Workflow.
- Experience developing and enhancing OnBase applications.
- Strong OnBase configuration and administration knowledge.
- Understanding of the OnBase Unity Client.
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Strong troubleshooting, design, development, and testing skills.
Preferred: OnBase WorkView and Workflow certifications.
